I HIT ROCK BOTTOM

resorting to an unhealthy copying mechanism that involved partying hard and being a couch potato to avoid dealing with both my physical & mental trauma. I completely gave up any sort of training.

I was looking for fulfilment and happiness in the wrong places. I felt empty...

It got to a breaking point where I either faced and dealt with my issues, which was scary.. Or completely let myself go

Coincidentally, it was on one of those nights of escapism that I met my first yoga teacher, my saving grace... She introduced me to the scared practice of yoga. 

Without judgement, yoga picked me up from rock bottom and transformed my life to light. I still remember the moment I opened my chest in fish pose and there wasn't any pain.

I gained my self-esteem back and better, for this time it was built on a strong foundation of self-worth.

Amazed by the transformation, I promised myself to pay it forward by sharing this magical practice with as many angels as possible.

Hence attaining my 200 hours Registered Yoga Certification, at Rishikesh Nath Yogashala in the world yoga capital; Rishikesh India in 2018, and later pursuing my prenatal yoga teacher training along with other trainings to broaden my knowledge.

For that exact reason, n made it e point to make the episodes bitesize [5-20 mins] yet still very effective. thanks to 10 years of practicing yoga, 7 of which I've been teaching, I'm well versed with brief yet highly effective sequencing.

Absolutely angel, the Rounded shoulders + Neck Hump edition is especially for beginners and in general, all episodes are created with entry level angels like you starting from scratch. In addition, I heavily encourage and demonstrate the use of prop support and modifications throughout all editions. You're going to be well taken care of.
